We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss your project, and schedule and conduct your consultation. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your separate consent.

We use the following third-party services to operate this Site. When you submit information through our forms or scheduling tool, that information is also held and processed by these providers under their own privacy policies:

• Formspree, to process and deliver project intake form submissions
• Calendly, to schedule and manage consultation bookings

We encourage you to review Formspree’s and Calendly’s privacy policies for details on how they handle your information. We do not control these third parties’ independent use of your data beyond what is necessary to provide our services to you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use your information only to communicate with you about your inquiry and potential project.

This Site does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking cookies. Our scheduling tool (Calendly) may set its own cookies necessary for its embedded scheduling feature to function properly; these are governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature. This Site does not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS communications from BayTay Web Studio, LLC, we may send you text messages related to consultation reminders, project updates, customer support, and occasional marketing or promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. Your mobile phone information will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances. This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will make our best effort to delete it from our own records and communications, though full deletion may not always be possible for data already processed by third-party services such as Calendly.

We will make our best effort to delete or update personal information from our own records (such as emails and direct communications), but full deletion may not always be possible for information already held by third-party services like Calendly.
